How the world is going on.

So I have been thinking of things that I see all the time, wherever I go. It is the same thing, I guess this is how the world keeps on going on day by day. I look around and keep shaking my head in disappointed. All of us want peace and harmony over here but we keep on discriminating between others in a way or another knowingly and unknowingly which is a fact.

I have seen people shaking only the rich man's hand because if he shakes the poor man's hand, he is going to be dirty according to him. I don't know why people think that way, that is pathetic. Aren't we all equal? To some people, money means everything and they worship it. Or people just go talk to the rich ones and ignore the poor ones.

If you tell a person that you know that this man is great, he is going to say that he is just a human like me. And you wonder if that person is being sarcastic or serious or maybe he is trying to show that he knows better than you. I am speechless at such situations, but I assure you that it is a horrible feeling.

Now whenever I go to a friend's place, I always notice how they speak rudely to their maids or shout at them. I have been growing with maids ever since I was a little kid but I always try to be polite and nice to them, they have the same feelings and emotions like, you trust me on that. My heart cries when I see them being ill treated.

People who insult or make fun of others just for a pass time really suck. Like who do you think you are? They feel they are superior than others and I don't think so. These people just make me lose the respect that I had for them or I feel disgusted with such attitude. Being strong means respecting others and not making fun of them, you are not perfect so why do you try to show that you are in the worst way ever?

It bothers me when people compare sufferings : ''There are deaths in Iraq, Palestine, Bahrain, Pakistan, Burma, Syria everyday but it doesn't matter because Americans are also dying so it matters more.'' I am like what.. Just because they are white people means that they are so important and other people dying all over the world are nothing. This is horrendous, I can't believe it. Where is the humanity? Have we lost it already?

In classroom I was sitting then and listening to a person explaining how beautiful actually was and once he included ''and she is so fair skinned and beautiful'' I walked away. Because according to people being fair skinned means a person is beautiful. Where are we going with such a mentality? They say : ''It is a small world but one cannot go far with a small mind.''
